I hit a point I can't get past, and the game just shoots itself in the foot with stupid gun segments.
Anytime you're doing fist combat (even with stupid supernatural shit) the game is really fun, when you're forced to do gun combat the game varies from not fun to buggy. The melee attacks with the guns are based on distance of enemies (or something) so sometimes your gun will fire, sometimes you'll do a pistol whip thing with it, and other times it won't do anything at all. This seems to get aggravated by the first level where they mix in enemies with guns and melee guys.
This is probably one of the few games that would have benefited if they just repeated the first level over and over in different locales. |
