I don't know the exact correlation, but it's significant especially when you start factoring VATS accuracy and instakill from sneaking critical potential. There's no question repair is an essential skill for every type of character apart from the unarmed, naked suicidal ones. That does not change that small arms/energy weapons/big guns directly affects the amount of damage in an important way, which is what the question was. You know, the question you were wrong about. |
