When I re-read my post I saw that I unwittingly became the 40th Caltrops poster who said you were wrong about something in this year alone. I'd like to revisit the topic of Civ2 for a moment.
I know, in fact, that the advisors were very stupid, but sometimes a game has a legacy which is retarded and the only way to make it seem cool again is to embrace it. When I complete my masterpiece and make a retooled & networked "Food Fight" game you can bet that players will be told that "They're Getting Fatter!"
But Civ 2 also ended the otherwise momentum-gaining career of Frank Wagner (I). I they owed him a little work frankly.
