Someone explain why nobody considers Steam to be DRM?!! by Mischief Maker 03/21/2012, 6:38pm PDT
Motherfucker! Gamersgate listed Serious Sam 2 as "DRM-free" and they normally label if a game as steam exclusive or not, but this is a goddamn steam-required download. Technically I might be able to get a refund because I didn't generate my key, but their faq says they don't consider Steam to be DRM.

Why the hell not? You need to check with an outside server over the internet to install!

Meanwhile gog dribbles the titles out maybe twice a week and it's as likely to be a MYST clone as something I'd actually want to buy.
