OOMA is another VOIP telephone device and service, similar to Magic Jack, Vonage, or Skype. OOMA is being advertised as a box about the size of an internet router, that you plug your phone into.
The particular commercial has the OOMA talking back to the guy (in a luscious, seductive female voice). This is the first commercial where I've seen a telephone router could haven an oorgasm just from a guy making phone calls. Like where she's making pleasure sounds when he presses buttons on the phone, then he asks her if he's doing okay and she says "Oh, yeah!" (Change the scene to some guy fingerfucking a woman and the sound effects would have been perfect.)
