| Ray: Ever since the chairs got better, there're a lot more handicapped around
Ray: It's a growth industry INC: yeah, motorized is good INC: for lazies Ray: people on the fence about their able-bodied-ness Ray: moto-chair tipped the scales . Ray: my grocer has a parking area for them outside the front door. They love the grocery store . . . . . . . . INC: why park outside? INC: oh, park their real cars Ray: no the chairs Ray: they love the store enough to get up and walk INC: why park? INC: wow Ray: small store . Ray: some of them drive around inside it but I guess it's discouraged . INC: yeah, narrow aisles are the walking wounded's last defense . Ray: yesterday one of them gave me the beeper in the middle of an aisle Ray: their little chair-horn . Ray: "The chair will speak on my behalf." So even THAT burden is lifted. |
