| Total downtime should've been under a minute, two tops, happened at quarter past midnight Sunday
ES and I are pretty sure we figured out the problem with the pointy.php include that some people were having - it was a traffic overload issue that doesn't occur unless your site gets busy. Since I'd never run a busy site before, I didn't know about this little detail. Folks, if anyone gets that error again from this point forward, PLEASE LET ME OR ES KNOW IMMEDIATELY either by email or a post here. It could very well happen because we missed something else, or I didn't execute things correctly, but we're pretty sure we nailed it until we hear different. Also, you're all fags. Off to the hotel I go for Zzzz-time. --SB |
