I received an invoice on 9/18 and have found absolutely no way to actually pay it. (I've been going four months at a time with these hosts).
It's due the 18th of this month. I've backed everything up, but if there is an interuption in service, that's why. I want to give them money. I have money to give them. Why won't they let me give them money? No payment URL, nobody answering at the billing department on the phone, nobody knows what to do -- ohhhhh no, this is not what I wanted.
