Man bags.
I got my first purse only a year and a half ago. My work BF bought me a red version of a purse she got for herself in green. It took me a while to figure out how to use it, but eventually you get accustomed to the luxury of having a big fat fucking wallet and your keys in the same place every time you look for them. So anyway I lost that purse somehow and picked out one for myself in brown leather. It was both inexpensive and well-made, and not broadcastingly butch. So that was cool. As it turns out I tend to forget my purse everywhere so either the WS or various friends are always remembering my purse even when I don't. My purse looks good on guys. It is simple, structured, and genderlessly elegant, and I'm convinced that my guy friends rock it way harder than I do. Z!secret: I got that purse as my second choice. My first choice was an obscene concoction of runched purple metallic vinyl with a carnation pink satin liner, but I knew my nazi pals would never let me leave the house with it. I have exceptionally good taste reactionarily, since what I really want is to be gauche beyond belief, and that is a luxury forbidden to the middle class. With respect to the QT3 thread, I think the onus against murses is as stupid as the onus against women wearing pants. He just needs to get over himself AND/OR carry the classic murse: a briefcase. In today's anything-goes society he might even consider a messenger bag or a backpack.
