The interface has been improved dramatically. The maps are much bigger and instead of Shacktown, Jamaica they actually look like places that could house 1,000-2,000 people without a problem. All in all, it feels more like Tropico 4 is more akin to Tropico 3 the way Stronghold: Crusader was to Stronghold. A lot of tweaks to placate hardcore fans but not a lot in the way of innovation. If you're new to the Tropico formula, this is a better buy than Tropico 3, but otherwise 40$ is a lot to ask for what amounts to a 20$ expansion. [/quote]
