Rebelstar for GBA compared to Shadow Wars:
Same fixed characters of fixed classes (the sniper, the tank, the medic, etc), except in Rebelstar you can pick up any weapon you want in-mission and use it, and choose what weapon type to level up for each character. In SW, you can't actually pick up enemy weapons, and you have unlimited ammo for normal non-explosive weapons. Rebelstar has rules for character facing and field of view, and turning around takes action points. In SW it doesn't matter what direction a character is facing, and only actually moving takes APs. Rebelstar has actual destructible buildings with rooms, windows and doorways, in SW buildings are just a type of tile that provides a certain level of cover and slows down movement, you can enter and exit it anywhere you like, and they're tiny (typically around 2x3 tiles or something). You can save in-mission in both games, only 1 save slot though. Makes you wish the GBA had a sleep function, since later missions each take an hour+ to complete.
