Re: Do you speak entirely in rhetorical question?

Do you really think that humans with extra melanin need a champion as stupid as you?
Of course not. The simple answer is that race will continue to be an issue for as long as <i>either</i> side can <strike>exploi</strike> make use of race as leverage. Personally I've always lived in a very culturally diverse situation. Race almost never occurs to me unless I am forced to deal with it. Perforce, this is seldom in a civil, reasonable, context.
Are you saying there's no racism because people aren't walking around thinking "haha niggers"?
No, that would be stupid. My point was that while you are not figuring out how to leverage race for the upper hand, others do. White guilt is a hell of a drug. This is a thing.
That's... pretty stupid.
As would shoving your cock in a light socket but I didn't advocate for that either.
Listen, I'll be honest here. I don't even know what your point is in this thread, other than "black people are laughing at you for feeling bad about historical and present day racism" and some ominous shit about how black people are a powerful voting bloc and the <i>cities must burn</i> to keep it that way. I think we should just stop.
My point is that race in america is horrible complex and convoluted. People, good hearted people, generally assume the high road in discussions ("injustice is bad! I hate slavery! I work with a black man..!") and the discussion ultimately becomes sko jejune echo chamber. Did I specifically pick the most controversial end of the discussion and bang the fuck out of that drum for the sake of adding flavor to the discussion? You fucking bet.
