You couldn't dodge it, though, and now that I'm here, I'll be setting you straight about the FUCK YOU incident, as you just jogged my memory. It was NOT the Leisuretown thread. It was the thread I started about my friend's eBay customer service e-mails, in which he tells a dude who's going off to Iraq to "call his mother" about his problems and stop bothering him. The thread got derailed very quickly with someone asking why everyone hates Canadians so much, someone else focusing on the fact that the eBayer doesn't accept PayPal WHICH IS WRONG, and some other nonsense. Seeing the horror that I wrought, I replied to all 5 or 6 responders with "Fuck You" in the title. Sometimes just a Fuck You NT, if I had nothing to add, and even if it wasn't really warranted. You know, for comic effect. Everyone got in on the pile-on and screamed at each other, INC leading the charge, calling it the worst Caltrops thread ever. I love to do nothing more than argue on the internet <i>at length</i>, and you've construed this one garbled memory into a lifetime of Fussbett giving up without a fight.
