I like the <i>idea</i> of moving away too. Unfortunately, we can't all have a Furherbunker in the mountainside. So balancing the new mortgage with a likely drop in gross income has to be factored in. People joke around in the office of escaping to south east Asia, or India, however I think that comes with its own risks (One of those <i>"Now you have two problems"</i> situations). Definitely not open to taking housing or property valuation assessments from the guy on disability who signed <i>his landlord</i> to collect on a Life Insurance policy. I'll echo WITTGENSTEIN's insults any day.[/quote]
