I can read into some of that appeal

you are saying the biggest threat to America are drama queens with dyed hair who pretty much live on twitter, threatening professional and legal retribution
PC is lawyer friendly euphemisms to obfuscate truth, and curb expression, for the façade of politeness. Take that to its conclusion and it becomes weaponizing against anything disliked (criticism, observations, evidence) into actionable "Hate Speech". It's less being called a racist, and more being charged as a speech criminal with intent to speak in public. Look to the Clown World happenings on campuses for a preview.
...and your solution is to elect one of them president?
The message from the dyed hair drama queens is: they loathe themselves, the country, and systemic oppression keeps them from getting off Twitter. Everything needs to crumble & burn to validate their fatalism. I don't see Trump as on the same wavelength there. Plus, a candidate with a presumed RICO case against her doesn't exactly inspire confidence as POTUS.
the anti-Trump shares really embarassing, truly "liberal" behavior
The bern victims, young fogeys, and the others incentivized to join, are out there with placards denouncing hate as they hurl obscenities to children, burn flags, then hunt and beat down rally goers. How tolerant, and progressive #lovewins. GREAT, free advertising.
