Legislate against people taking a video in public of someone they are publicly interacting with? There's a difference between being cancelled over an opinion and facing consequences for behavior, especially when it's a thinly veiled threat.

Dog? Unchoked. Police? Uncalled. Racism? None detected. Forgotten by the mob within 5 minutes.
You're arguing for a worldwide surveillance state. "Well it's not a surveillance state if the 'state' is a social media marketplace," you really think so? Are there other ways of dealing with awful people? People doing illegal things? Is that something people should be thinking carefully about or do we believe that we can only get people to behave properly with surveillance?
White women act like this every day and don't get fired.
He called her a "Karen" in his Facebook post which explains why you think this is OK to say. I really don't think antiracism is a stable concept with a lot of people, because it's incredibly potent and ends up a mirror image of racism. You shouldn't be lynching someone for being a racist, it absolutely doesn't justify universal surveillance. But get ready for waves of embittered aging members of a certain generation giving an edgy punk spin on being under the gaze of your enemies 24/7. Given that it's a present reality, you don't really even have to argue against it, just sink the baskets as each ball bounces into your hands.
I'm sure you're right in that she's the one who called the police and expected him to handle it privately. An attitude that probably served her well in the corporate world. She wasn't scared. She was furious and confused that he didn't back down.
She grabbed her dog while he was trying to attract it with doggie treats, she was being filmed and was clearly under serious duress with Sauron's fucking eyeball trained on her. I don't like this situation any more than anyone else but I also think you deal with racism and animal welfare like an adult, not by ripping her life apart. It's plainly wrong.
