Also he scheduled interviews with new sysadmin candidates in such a way that I interviewed them alone with no team interviews. And never mentioned this plan to anyone, including his own boss. I mean, can I at least find out the rationale for this? It left a couple colleagues wondering what they were supposed to ask during their meetings with these guys, and I think a ton of repetitious questions. But what the hell do I know.[/quote]
