Fuck nodes, fuck clomping back and forth over the same grey and brown lookalike hallways, doing the same stupid fucking jumping puzzles because Switch #253 opened Door #413 in Hub W, in the third Sewer level or whatfuckingever. I don't mind linearity in FPS games. Also, Quake2 was nice enough to give you the unlimited ammo laser gun, but Hexen had you trying to rush faggots with bows armed with your gay little axe. Thief though, Thief was fine, but there's playing an FPS more for the FP and then playing it more for the S, y'know? BDR [/quote]
