I had to go out of my way to craft my awesome dark ranger, and though the some early missions were very difficult for my bow, I found the later parts of the game even easier than with God, my first character. This could be attributed to putting in 20 hours of Fable by then, but I suspect it was the 1000 points of damage I was doing to monsters from miles away. I found many new things the second time through, and especially appreciated the difference being evil makes, even if it was only cosmetic.
