They also finally made a working version of the sword fighting system. The shield was more reliable for blocking attacks (which surprisingly worked in the first NES game) and you could even parry by slashing AND holding your sword out, and then they also added the spin attack and a shitload of weapons. Here is an issue that apparently has only been fixed in Twilight Princess: selecting items requires an asspain of menu navigation. TP adds some kind of item wheel or something which sounds a lot better. I still have a lot of good memories and I would say Zelda 3 stands the test of time.[/quote]
