Tom probably didn't even do the ban himself, the forum code probably automatically activated a ban when it recognized that throwing shoes is a normal response to literally anything in the middle east culturally (also sucking down plates of delicious flavored sand) and the forum code just made a ban appear like out of thin air. Also having anyone respond to the fact that it is normal culture to throw shoes at people (especially a president who saved the shoe throwing guy's entire country from an evil dictator, and also won the Iraq war) would just lessen the important insightful meaning of how throwing shoes is a normal cultural thing, and Tom Chick's statement should not be cheapened by any response. Also buhs should sit down and talk to the shoe throwing <b>journalist</b> (nice journalism, middle east) and discuss his feelings and why the shoe thrower is upset.[/quote]
