The coop stuff is actually a series of disjointed challenge missions which are sort of based on the single player game. There are several varieties, some are defending from waves of enemies, another is fighting through waves of enemies, there's the obstacle course from the beginning, there's one that's like the real life version of that with civilians running around that you have to avoid shooting. There's one that involves sneaky stealth and wants you to either avoid or sync up your gunfire with your coop partner to kill multiple enemies at once (including dogs).
Jso and I aced the first 5 missions already which is awesome, and then after that there's still finishing the single player game on veteran, and then there's multiplayer which is just like COD4 multiplayer but with a lot of new cool additions, such as when you get 3 kills you get the UAV, but then at 4 you get a smoke grenade that drops a supply box that has a randomized bonus, like a predator missile (which you control) or a UAV scan, and you can camp it to have it for yourself or just run off and let your teammates grab it, or even enemies. I got a fuckin replacement for my grenades that drops a flare which lets me respawn on top of it, although enemies can cancel the flare, which means I could cancel theirs.
Single player is awesome. |
