the premium set-up busts the 10K mark. You can distribute/sell your shit locally with the expensive rigs. You can produce and sell quality beer? (!!) These "breweries" sound like the perfect antidote for dilletantes looking to foist sewerage on their friends.
Anyone looking to allege that quality homebrew is somehow the norm, or that reduced cost is not a consideration, ought to explain why half the stock of my local brew-centre is cheapass starter kits surrounded by posters touting the a per-bottle price of 13 cents and encouraging you to start multiplying that figure and dreaming of just how much your frugal ass will save.
