I'm doing this thing right now with the girls where I upload various tracks to my website and tell about them and share links and shit. They get to know the site name and blah blah there is some really good music in there, and some really gleefully awful stuff, like my unofficial anthem for the Creexes:
Like posting about the girls here, I don't talk about music there out of the expectation that a wave of deeply-felt applause will wash over me. The idea is so ridiculous that I start to wonder why it comes up at all - as if the only possible reasons any conversation could happen in the universe are
1) Right-thinking communication between men of culture and experience
2) Attention whoring
No, I'm just sharing things with people I like. But you guys can be such dicks sometimes. I can't tell you anything too real or sensitive, even if I would really want to know what you guys think about this or that problem or situation or idea or song or whatever. It's frustrating.
