I wasn't talking about the issue specifically, I don't even know what the Warlock tree looks like. I was talking about the issue in general and saying that it might be an inconsistency but it doesn't mean that THE DON'T EVEN TEST SHIT *PUNCHES KEYBOARD*. Even with your solution you haven't managed to reconcile BOTH talents, and since BOTH talents are the problem, then you have to move both talents to have a solution. Not to mention burning embers is still half useless to a player until level 54.

I still maintain going into designing talent trees with a hard rule of "No talent can be reachable if it doesn't effect spells I currently have" is a bad idea. I still don't understand why it bothers you so much that there is a pitfall in a talent tree for a level 30 player who refuses to do even the smallest amount of research.
