The rules:

1) It must be a website that, in theory, is created by what should be a fairly professional organization or individual. (i.e. No making fun of something a 7th grader put up.)

2) Badness on technical grounds (i.e. optimized for I.E. but looks bad in Firefox) doesn't count for much.

3) Site should be believed to be reasonably current. A site that hasn't been updated since 1997 but is still up doesn't count.

Here is my nominee. Discovered on my own. (It's a school reasonably close to me.)

From what I can tell, this is a real, reasonably current website from a real school. Boggling.
