| We're trying to find a screenshot tool (cross platform preferably) to integrate with a ticketing system. The ideal is you should be able to take the screenshot and then be able to automatically create a ticket, without having to go through the whole save locally, open jira/redmine/sharepoint/etc, navigate to the New Issue page, find wherever you saved the image after hitting "Browse...", etc, etc...
Does Jing have any sort of API we could hook into? (Yes, we are building another ticketing system :( - but only in our spare time) |
