"It was supposed to be a goofy comedy you take your sci fi movies too seriously" No no no. I'm sorry, that movie set a very clear tone in the opening scene. Star Trek 4 clearly let you know it was going to be a light comedy in the opening scene, and was actually funny without resorting to Shia Lebeowf running around nononoNOnononNOno moments.
