| I have a perfectly valid credit card. I even called the credit card company's automated response line and I have $350 in credit available.
I tried Pop Cap's game Zombies vs. Plants and got to the end of the free game. Okay, I liked it enough, I decided, well, if it's not too expensive I'll buy it. OKAY! $9.95 (plus tax which is 60c), that's reasonable. Only problem is their website and the validation system in the game keeps rejecting my card. They have my name, my zip code, the card's expiration date, the CVV number and keep saying there's something wrong. I use this card many times to buy things and have no trouble. But their system keeps rejecting my card. I am not happy about this. I have no problem ordering stuff elsewhere but their system keeps saying it can't process the transaction. I am not happy with this and I find it ironic that someone with cash who wants to buy their product is unable to do so because of some problem with their credit card validation procedures. |
