| If you have Steam installed, there are a number of games that you can get for free. One of which is Microsoft Flight (probably what used to be known as Microsoft Flight Simulator), which allows you to get some practice flying a small plane and trying to fly around objects and land the plane.
Since it's free, it's worth getting (be warned, if you don't have a lot of space or a slow Internet connection it's something over 2 GB.) I have sometimes felt in some missions where you're not quite getting the game, it's a bit quick on failing you. The graphics, even on low setting, are quite nice. This particular incantation of the game takes place in Hawaii. (I think the older MFS took place in San Francisco.) |
