WAR had good combat. I couldn't tell you about Aion's. by WITTGENSTEIN 05/04/2012, 3:38pm PDT But they both had the same problem: They were terrible at everything else. Both games pathing was just a god-awful grind to the top, where the real fun was supposed to begin. Gear in WAR was a joke, there was no point/no compelling drive to bother doing any of the group dailies for a chestpiece when there was a grand total of four armor sets in the game per class. Aion had nice looking armor and weapons, but other than perhaps the most awful, dull, tiny questing areas ever there was nothing to use it on. Until you got up to like level 45 I think?
