I saw the trailers for a few games that were referenced here at Caltrops in one of the postings about the demos at E3. One that I thought was the most interesting was what looked like a serious sandbox or large area game (game similar to Grand Theft Auto 3 or Half Life 2) by the name of Watch Dogs.
This is one of the games that if it does come out looks very interesting and I'd hope it does. If it's not too expensive and will run on my hardware - or if, by then, I've upgraded my hardware - then I'd be interested in buying it.
My current machine is an Acer Aspire X1420 G with an AMD X4II 645 processor at 3.1 ghz, which also means it's a quad-core processor. I specifically bought it because the newest Duke Nukem requires a dual core, and I decided to be ahead of the curve. Then I discover that despite the fairly high quality of the included video it's not really fast enough and the game really can't be played. Oh well, the game was only 20 bucks and I did want to upgrade to a nicer machine anyway.
So anyway, once Watch Dogs comes out - if it does - I'd like to convert one of the dead / never used "below the line" forums over to it, the way Jonsey was nice enough to rename "Alter Ego" to my handle + "alter ego" which was a nice pun.
