A light from the programmer's computerwill illuminate the night. Eliminates the night combat penalties, and in fact adds a slight bonus for Trolls and Survivalists.
Duration: 10 minutes times the programmer's level, capped at three hours.

If you want to make this one jokier, you could call it Torch Mode and say it resets the programmer's monitor to factory defaults. It's probably jokey enough already.

Enemy is forced to repeat their last action every round until they make a saving throw versus fucking kids, god damn it.
