You have no idea what you're talking about. First, show any instance where some organization had the ability to invoke authority over others save that they had the capacity to use force on them. Then you can argue that Heinlein's statement that "force is the supreme authority from which all other authority is dervived" is wrong.

Besides that, just because something is a work of fiction doesn't mean that it can't provide useful information about things. As Tam O'Shanter says in Tales of Zenith, "As The Bible says, keep your friends close but your enemies closer." "Uh, Tam, that was from The Godfather." "The Godfather, The Bible, who cares what work of fiction it was from?"
