Titanfall is an incredibly fast paced shooter game. It isnt monotonous in the same way that COD is - this thing is built on effortlessly slipping from context to context. You'll be infantry, you'll outfox titans, you'll be a titan, you'll fuck with infantry, you'll be infantry again. Whenever I play it the incredible traversal and thudding powerup of titaning melds into a really great experience. I've never had a bad time playing Titanfall.
I don't play it as much as I want to.
What is wrong with this game? Despite the low TTK every weapom has its role. And still, complaints about content abound. There's a sense of multiplayers exhausting content that I hate to identify with. I played both tribes for years, and I always wanted a more immediate version of that ordered formula.
So is low TTK incompatible with long lasting core gameplay? I can see it, but there's an immediacy to it that I also find attractive. Are modern multiplayer shooters really single-player arcs? Are yearly updates critical to the formula? I should be playing Titanfall more.
