No, that's not what it is. When someone says something stupid, insulting or both, I'm going to call them on it. So, when someone says something which on its face is stupid, ignorant or completely clueless in nature, then I'm going to point out that the person needs to use their brains.
Notice that while I disagree with your point, I did not insult you. I do understand the difference between someone who has a disagreement with me or has a different opinion than I do, and someone who says something utterly stupid.
Getting along with people is soooo simple.
Absolutely, it begins by using a civil tongue in your head, taking the high road and having reasons for what you say, especially when you make grandiose claims of your supposed knowledge of their alleged mental illness, that when challenged you have zero evidence of what you claim.
