I don't get it either. Every time she complains about her "lack of secretarial help" I struggle to think of a single thing that I would ask a secretary to do. Excel is my secretary. Just open Excel. If Excel can't help, the task is obviously too complicated to begin explaining it to your low wage, part time helper.
