I love BR but I agree with most of this by Mischief Maker 07/03/2017, 8:13am PDT I've been saying for years that making Deckard a replicant makes no sense plot-wise and cuts the legs out from under the theme. In fact I'm willing to forgive RLM for not liking it if the Director's Cut was their first experience with the film because that one stupid change ruined everything. Also I prefer the line, "I want life... fucker!" That said, I disagree with their assessment of Ford's performance. He was supposed to be miserable and emotionally deadened because that was how he handled his job.
