There's a QoS bottleneck for anything that gets popular (Right now appears to be Netflix). The outcome(s), or potential legislative changes, are certainly bigger than just Netflix.


Municipal broadband is the right phrasing since we were talking about municipal broadband.

Instead of getting triggered with images of your own making, you could first look up what municipal broadband is, and one of the things you might learn is that it isn't free and doesn't exclude other ISPs from competing. But if you want to continue railing against some fictional welfare Obamaphone internet service that doesn't exist then you're going to have to come up with a new name for it, yes.
