It is possible to have the U.S. State Department issue you two valid passports, both in operation simultaneously.
1. Get a passport.
2. Inform the State Department in writing that you need a second passport as you plan to visit both Saudi Arabia and Israel.
3. Pay an additional $110 plus fill out.
The second passport will only be valid for two years. Normally you can't do this but Saudi Arabia will not allow any person with an Israeli passport or a passport stamped with an Israel visa stamp to enter Saudi Arabia, the U.S. State Department will allow you to have a second passport that can be "contaminated" with the Israeli markings so the fuckin' Saudis won't know jack shit.
