During the standoff over his first state budget, passed in the dead of night with no debate that just happened to include language buried in the bill that stripped all public workers (with the exception of police and fire departments) of the right to collectively bargain, someone from the Daily Beast decided to call Walker over skype pretending to be David Koch. Bear in mind that at this time Walker was claiming to have "no time" to negotiate with state workers about this piece of pork barrel legislation that, once again, was buried in a budget bill:
