And didn't even know how to use the app, sort of noted she was out of her depth, but really needed the money. After teaching her how to check in that it was delivered, I discovered the shop had messed up my order (it was pepperoni when it was supposed to be cheese for the vegetarians at a party) though at least it was easy to get a refund (minus tax and service fees.) It was even early enough in the product launc that a VP contacted me to apologize, which was nice I guess. |
