The general mechanics don't seem terribly inscrutable, and I really like the district/province system. The research system is pretty overwhelming, though. Each choice gives two or three things where the tooltip fills half the screen because of all of the many tactical rules, weapon/damage types, etc.
It's easy to play, though, even if I don't know what I'm doing. And god DAMN is it gorgeous. |
