I haven't had any crashes myself, but when I attempted to turn on ray-tracing just to see how it'd look in slideshow mode (worked in Control) the screen turned into a glitchy mess. I seem to recall an article I read when RT first came out that the CD Projekt people said there would not be RT in Cyberpunk, so maybe it's not very well implemented?

Or maybe it's this crazy i9 CPU, saving me from Cyberpunk jank the same way it did for Serious Sam 4.
