And don't feel bad for usgamer, it was a shitty site, like every web site these days, with even the reactionary(i.e. non-leftist) sites just endlessly explaining how everything sucks these days. usgamer's only USP was endless retrospectives on the same fucking series over and over, like Final Fantasy or Castlevania, some of which used to be written by Jeremy Parish. Who Fabio introduced me to on this forum in '03, way before the web took a turn for the worse in 2014. Which was also the same year Parish's small web forum and his own writing became unbearably stupid and shrill. |
