| The Kingdom Under Fire game I played was much like Kohan (dreary, drab, dull, other negative words beginning with "d"), except with crappy paper-thin RPG elements to boot. It got bitchslapped into orbit by Warlords Battlecry.
The new Kingdom Under Fire game, at least upon first glance, looks like Dynasty Warriors or Lord Of The Rings, except with additional awesomeness. In other words, it looks like an entirely different game that is trying to bury the so-unmemorable-I-almost-don't-remember-them memories I have of the original. I hope that's the case but I'm definitely exercising caution when it comes to raising my expectations. |
