The "save" button is tiny and off in a corner, the GENERATE button is big and on the actual faction screen, so I clicked it by mistake when I was making my custom civ. It said it was going to generate a civ based on what I wrote and I thought, "ok weird?" and cancelled it. Oh did I mention that Gal Civ IV: Supernova Edition (not sure what that means yet) is available on Steam now? I bought it and I'm playing it, I'll have some deep, penetrating insights soon.
