| I got a subscription to Nintendo Power as a kid because they were offering a free Dragon Warrior 1 cartridge with a subscription. They had an incredible ability to make mediocre games look amazing with their thinly-veiled advertisements posing as strategy guides. Years later I discovered emulation and tried every single game that Nintendo Power bedazzled me with as a child.
Lies! (Mostly) Lies!!! But yeah, the book is cool. |
