It's the other way around. They are shit people at the core and vote Republican because of the horrible cruelty promised. Their #1 concern is great replacement bullshit and they will gladly vote for pillaging billionaires as long as they promise brutalizing minorities and restoring Jim Crow. Do you think it's a coincidence the entire South flipped the very first election after The Civil Rights Act? They only care which party throws them enough racism red meat; everything else is an acceptable price to pay.
