That. Was the most scathing article on anything I have read in years and years. Aside from commenting on my speechlessness, I'm speechless.

I went looking for the article's point, and was dismayed to find it jammed up Mr. Bradley's ass, alongside remnants of the English language and all notions of crafted, readable prose. Hyperfecundant? Caucasoidophobic? Deoxyribonucleic delusion? How could someone who knows so many words get so confused during their assembly?

Tom Bradley, Professional Author wrote:

The old chestnut, "Blood is thicker than water," translates directly into their idiom, and seems to have been coined independently. If pressed, an habitué of Christendom, whether pious or not, will at least feel obliged to allow that the blood under consideration should ideally be that of humanity at large. But in this country it is invariably taken in the much more circumscribed sense. And what strikes our ears as a stale cliché has, until recently, lost none of its piquancy here.

Say what? The Japanese are racial purists. All good Christians know racism is bad. In fact, they're positively obliged to allow it! Also: piquancy piquancy piquancy.

Fuck Tom Bradley. Maybe if he'd look up from Roget's Doublewide Thesaurus, he might form an insight about the country he's called home for 15 years (pardon, a decade and one-half) more penetraing than its being populated by decadent, nationalistic, sexually conflicted materialists with mother issues. Holy shit, Tom Bradley, call Time magazine and ask if you can use their machine to report this news to people in your own time, back before Voltron.

His strangled, impotent sentences are doubly annoying when their spectacle obscures the real action, i.e., elaborate cartwheels, meant to distance himself from his own fireworks, that instead carry him into their path, with hilarious results. They're violent and brutish, we're a peaceful people beset by "New World bosozoku". They're racists, we just happen to have over-financed some "island-hopping Polynesians who paddled their canoes a little too far north". They're jingoistic, we're lucky enough to come from a "real country". They are fickle, herd-hopping sheep, we're a Mormon who says "Christ" a lot because we think that's how people talk. They're passive-agressive, whereas we have "a friend from England" to voice opinions with which we're "forced to agree". They're soulless, narcissistic show-offs, we're a contributor of "Salon.com".

His central thesis, I think, is that the Japanese are irredemably bad people.

Here, I'm forced to agree. I can imagine no clearer evidence of primal, fundamental wickedness, than employing Tom Bradley for fifteen years.

Ray!

Hey I don't care about the guy (other than the paragraphs I couldn't even read to myself, what with all the random made up words thrown out). I just wanted to know what was up with that very recent Nazi fetish people kept showing me in anime.
